Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer queries over email, chat, phone
  • Managing information professionally and confidentially
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Emailing or calling new or existing clients
  • Content writing using online tools
  • Invoicing and administrative work
  • Finding new business partners and prospects
  • Providing management support
  • Day-to-day office management and support to the management
  • Raising purchase orders and receipt invoices
  • Performing tasks within the scope of work

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or similar
  • Minimum 4+ years of working experience
  • Good command of English communication skills
  • Basic IT and Social Media Knowledge (Facebook, Instagram, email, etc.)
  • Interpersonal and Customer care skills with problem-solving ability
