Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Executive for a Tea Export company located in Colombo. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for daily tasks related to new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.

Qualifications

• New Business Development skills in tea industry
• Strong business communication skills
• Account Management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in the relevant industry is a plus (Tea)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
