Responsibilities:

• Crafting and implementing business development, sales, and marketing strategies.
• Acquire and expand the customer base to achieve revenue growth.
• Targeted marketing efforts to ensure a strong brand presence.
• Build strong customer relationships and collaborate with partners/vendors for business growth.
• Identify emerging trends, market shifts, and manage product road maps.
• Recruiting, coaching, motivating, and monitoring subordinates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in business development, sales & marketing in fintech & Banking.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, lead, and influence effectively.
• Proven ability to drive businesses to achieve targets.
• Strong industry expertise, and people management skills.
