Job Description

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Global Contriver. The role involves identifying new business opportunities in the stationary industry, developing growth strategies, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams for client satisfaction. The position is based in Kohuwala, Sri Lanka.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development or sales
Strong knowledge of business processes and industries
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in consulting industry is a plus
