Reporting to the Lead Business Operations Analyst, the Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to customer orders, data management, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will excel in handling a wide range of responsibilities, including updating customer orders, report generation, monitoring calls, and managing online reviews.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily, weekly, monthly ‘BAU’ administrative tasks within SLA.
- Support Customer Operations Management and the wider business as and when required.
- Ensure all changes are made accurately and in a timely manner prior to installation.
- Download and transform reports from 8×8 and use relevant systems to extract statistics.
- Email the generated reports to the management team.
- Follow a predefined process document to update the assets to be dispatched each day.
- Ensure accurate and timely asset management.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Package for call listening, grading, and feedback.
- Use sample responses to reply to reviews.
Core Competencies Required
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience in MS Excel Power Query, Pivot Tables, or Salesforce applications.
- Must have Power BI knowledge or certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
- Prior analytical experience.
- Methodical work approach with attention to detail.
- Strong time management, telephone manners, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Working hours 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM, weekends if necessary.
