Job Description
As a Category Brand Manager – Agro Business, your role involves leading a team of brand managers and overseeing the agricultural equipment and tractor category within our company. Responsibilities include product management, market analysis, sales, and marketing efforts.
Job Profile:
- Provide leadership and growth opportunities
- Develop category strategies and work with the sales and marketing team
- Set product specifications, pricing, and align with market needs
- Conduct market analysis and decision-making
- Lead promotions and generate programs
- Manage dealer relationships and support sales teams
- Assist sales teams and dealers at national and regional events
- Execute impactful marketing collateral
Personal Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years managerial experience in agricultural machinery
- Experience in category management or product marketing
- Knowledge of tractor operations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Travel required.
