Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Chief Executive Officer at LIFE MATE INVESTMENTS located in Colombo. As the CEO, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, developing and implementing business plans, and overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations. Collaboration with the executive team to drive growth, manage resources, and establish partnerships to achieve organizational goals is essential. Additionally, representing the company to stakeholders, investors, and the public is key.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager in the finance industry and a similar leadership role
- Demonstrated track record in strategic planning, business development, and financial management
- Strong knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team
- BTEC Level 7 qualification of business strategic management and leadership
- Understanding of corporate governance principles and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve targets
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment
