Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified individual for the position of Chief of Party for the USAID Sri Lanka Transparent and Accountable Governance project. As the Chief of Party, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of project activities, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the project’s success.
- Lead the overall strategic planning and implementation of project activities
- Collaborate with government officials, civil society organizations, and other partners
- Ensure compliance with USAID regulations and reporting requirements
- Provide leadership and guidance to project staff
