Job Description

The Assette team in Sri Lanka is agile, responsive, and dedicated to client success. Join us if you have a Bachelor’s in IT, 6 months of app support exp, MS Project, MS SQL, Azure knowledge, and ITIL certification.

Experience & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology.
  • At least 6 months of application support experience in managing critical applications.
  • Knowledge of various processes and technologies.
  • Working knowledge of MS Project, MS SQL, Microsoft Office, and Azure.
  • Knowledge of Capital Markets/Asset Management domain.
  • ITIL certification will be an added advantage.

  • Good verbal & written communication skills with teamwork & collaboration.
  • Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical & complex problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality remote support for Assette customers.
  • Technical support and troubleshooting for clients.
  • Resolve customer-reported issues within SLAs.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve issues.
  • Root Cause Analysis and preventive measures implementation.
  • Prepare status reports and provide progress updates.
  • Participate in client calls.
  • Work with project teams and stakeholders.
