Job Description
The individual in this role will be tasked with overseeing the following responsibilities in our Commercial Banking Team.
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients and achieve challenging targets by deploying effective Relationship Management strategies.
- Achieve revenue and PBT targets, grow liabilities, conduct credit analysis, and provide advisory services.
- Ensure compliance with credit standards, conduct facility renewals, and monitor the portfolio quality.
Added Skills:
- Numerical and logical analytical skills, communication and interpersonal skills, basic marketing and sales skills, Trade Finance and Treasury Operations knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in a Bank/Financial Institution, with at least 4 years at managerial level or a Degree/qualification.
