Job Description: As a Complex Learning Coordinator, you will assist the Cluster Learning Manager & Complex Learning Executive in driving learning initiatives in our properties. Your responsibilities include organizing training activities, promoting learning opportunities, and supporting team members to enhance their skills for exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- SLITHM Diploma
- Prior experience in Training & Development or related field
- Fluency in English (speaking, writing, understanding)
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Ability to design and deliver various training styles
