Job Description
- Manage and coordinate employee housing needs
- Ensure resident well-being
- Resolve accommodation-related issues
- Organize employee engagement activities
- Act as a liaison between employees and management
- Collaborate with departments for a supportive work environment
- Maintain accurate employee accommodation records
- Support HR functions
- Communicate effectively with Housing and People & Culture Leader
- Conduct safety inspections
- Coordinate housing assignments efficiently
- Maintain housing occupancy records
- Collaborate with Housing Manager for conflict resolution
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in hospitality
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in related field
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations and people & culture
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of employee accommodation practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
