Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Analyst at Inner Circle (Pvt) Ltd. located in Kandy. As a Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company operates in accordance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices. You will conduct risk assessments, monitor compliance with policies and procedures, and assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address compliance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and requirements
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and internal audits
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate complex regulatory concepts clearly and effectively
- Proficiency in using compliance management software
- Understanding of privacy laws and data protection regulations
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Certifications in compliance or risk management is a plus
