Job Description
The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Manage project budget
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
- Represent the owner/client at project site, coordinating and cost controlling hotel projects
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Construction Management/Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Building/Hotel/Villa construction
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge in AutoCAD/ S Project/MEP
