Job Description
Role: Consumer Growth operations specialist
Location: 142 Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo, LKA, 400 (Sri Lanka)
Job Description:
- Help lead and provide input to Sri Lanka’s broader consumer strategy for user acquisitions and engagement in new cities.
- Plan, design, and execute user acquisition campaigns including external communications.
- Lead offline brand activities to drive platform awareness and education in Colombo.
- Analyze campaign results, measure performance, and provide insights for business decisions.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate across various teams.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in startup, marketing, or operations.
- Fluency in Sinhalese/Tamil.
- Experience in coordinating brand marketing activities for multiple consumer segments.
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
