Job Description
WIA Systems Inc. is a global professional services company specializing in ERP, offering consulting, training, support, and staff augmentation. We are seeking a Corporate Compliance Lead to ensure ethical conduct and legal compliance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Evaluate and maintain global compliance systems and policies.
- Adapt to changing regulatory landscapes.
- Collaborate with Senior Legal & Compliance Manager.
- Supervise compliance processes and address rule violations.
- Generate compliance risk reports and conduct investigations for gaps.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Post Grad Diploma in Law, Audit, or Business Admin.
- Prior experience in compliance leadership.
- Proficiency in global laws and regulations with outstanding analytical skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in risk management or auditing.
- Exposure to compliance project curation and monitoring.
