Position: Customer Support Executive

Summary: Responsible for providing functional support to users of our ERP system. Key tasks include analyzing clients’ requirements, offering training and support, and resolving issues. Ideal candidates possess a solid grasp of ERP systems and a dedication to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Technical Ticketing system and Communication Channels
- Analyze Clients’ requirements and provide Solutions
- Provide training and support to ERP system users
- Troubleshoot ERP system problems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Client Handling and Technical Support
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Passion for client management
