Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, acquiring relevant and accurate information.
- Maintain daily records and provide support for order intake, sales, and management reports.
- Follow up on sales orders with relevant teams.
- Efficiently handle customer orders and ensure meeting delivery deadlines.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Minimum one-year experience in customer/account handling is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Sinhala, English, and computer literacy.
- Proactive, energetic, with a positive attitude.
- Team player who can interact with staff at all levels.
Fresh Graduates/School leavers with a good educational background are welcome to apply.
Candidates in Jaela, Ekala, Kadawatha, Kaduwela, and nearby areas will receive transportation.
