Job Description
We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join JFS Holdings Limited, a leading Manufacturing company based in Horana.
Qualifications:
- Customer service skills and experience
- Focus on customer satisfaction and delivering excellent experiences
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
