Role Description:
This full-time Customer Service Representative position is based in Colombo. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and general queries through phone, email, and chat. The role involves maintaining customer records, monitoring interactions, and collaborating internally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience and skills
- Demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Proficient in multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala; knowledge of Tamil is beneficial
- High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
