Job Description
The Data Services Support Team Lead supervises and coordinates the off-shore Data Support team in accordance with Team Technology and Data Services standards. The role includes managing support duties for the in-house Data warehouse, support ticket queue, and automating data services for user benefits.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong ITIL knowledge, experience with Remedy or ServiceNow preferred.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Business Intelligence & Data Warehouse theory.
- Experience with Microsoft BI Stack, including SQL Server 2019, SSIS, and SSRS.
Experience:
- 3-4 years leading a support or development team.
- Strong ITIL Service Management experience.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft BI tools on Data Warehousing projects.
- Experience in delivering Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse solutions, and enterprise-grade software solutions.
