Job Description

As the Deputy Manager – Finance at Headmasters Solutions, you will play a key role in overseeing financial operations at our hotel. Responsibilities include financial record-keeping, report preparation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial statement preparation, budgets, and forecasts.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Conduct financial analysis for cost reduction opportunities.
• Manage cash flow and monitor transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate with auditors during financial audits.
• Support senior management in decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the hotel sector, preferably in finance.
• Strong grasp of financial principles and practices.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
