Job Description
Job Profile
We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Deputy Financial Controller. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to all stakeholders, maintaining smooth finance operations, and adhering to group policies, procedures, and compliance/governance requirements. The successful candidate will manage internal and external audits, oversee tax matters, implement process improvements, and keep the leadership team, Audit Committee, and Board of Directors informed.
Personal Profile
- Qualified Accountant with certification in CA, CIMA, or ACCA.
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior finance role.
- An MBA is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a large finance team, preferably within a group of companies.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is highly advantageous.
