Role Description: This full-time on-site position entails managing recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluation, payroll, training, HR policies, and procedures. Work closely with the HR Manager for smooth HR operations.

Location: Panadura

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
  • Expertise in labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
