Job Description
We are seeking a Deputy Manager – Internal Audit to oversee risk mitigation in the Treasury and Corporate Support unit to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk-based audits in Finance, Treasury, and other departments.
- Deliver clear audit reports with evidence and recommendations.
- Review financial statements and ECL/impairment computations.
- Enhance audit procedures to align with business changes.
- Test internal controls as per the Bank’s Risk Control Matrix.
- Collaborate with all levels of management and staff.
- Execute special audit assignments.
- Work independently and meet deadlines as needed.
Special Skills:
- Strong report writing skills.
- Knowledge of Accounting Standards and MS-Office.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
Qualifications:
- 4 years’ experience in Banking/Finance/Auditing with minimum 3 years in Finance or Treasury.
- Part qualification in CASL/CIA/CIMA.
- Proficient in Sri Lanka Accounting Standards.
