Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Good network & connections in India Solar Industry, Handling of customers across Bangladesh
- Effective Communication & Negotiation with customers
- Based in Dhaka, willing to travel frequently
- Technical knowledge in Solar Power Plants & Inverters
- Develop new customers in specified business area
- Experience in tendering process & vendor approvals
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback
- Key account management, negotiation of terms, and international shipment
- Experience in rapidly changing market conditions and managing key accounts
- Build long-term relationships with clients
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in capital goods sales, B2B preferred
- Experience with Chinese companies is a plus
- MNC background preferred
- Age below 40 and Electrical Engineering degree desired
- Knowledge of solar industry and inverters preferred
- Willingness for frequent business travel
- Stable job history
Travel: 90% travel required based on business needs.
