Job Description

Education/ Experience And Skills Requirement

• Over five years experience in a similar role
• Should have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Strong communication skills; proficient in spoken and written English
• Working knowledge of proprietary pitch-book formatting tools/macros would be an added advantage
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign would be an added advantage
• Ability to understand template and brand standards, and should have an eye for detail
• Ability to convert complex information into easy-to-understand and engaging visuals such as infographic
• Ability to think creatively, aesthetically and independently; good knowledge of the latest trends in presentation designs
• Good project management, client management and relationship skills; proven ability meeting tight deadlines
• Proven experience coordinating with end users over phone/email

Responsibilities

• Primary tasks include formatting presentations and pitchbooks, designing visually appealing slides, converting templates, creating slides from hand-drawn and PDFs, designing custom presentation templates, and formatting Word documents and Excel spreadsheets as per client specifications using MS Office.
• Other tasks include formatting information memorandums, teasers, pitch books, cover pages and marketing decks, creating various types of graphs and charts, diagrams and structures, plotting maps from web links and images, and designing custom templates including cover pages, section divider, ToC, header/footer etc in PPT/Word.
• Estimate the scope/effort of the project and communicate the timelines to clients/ensure that they are met.
• Ensure the highest quality standards and accuracy
• Discuss project-related queries and other topics internally/with clients via e-mail/telephone
