Role Description:

This full-time on-site role involves managing marketing campaigns, digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, web content, and web analytics for BakeShop.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee marketing strategies for retail stores, web, and social media.
• Execute social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with influencers, organize photo-shoots, and manage delivery apps presence.
• Coordinate branding efforts, product packaging design, and new product launches.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing or social media.
• Graphic design software familiarity.
• Content creation experience is advantageous.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Proactive, result-driven, and able to work under pressure.
