Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Sales at a 5-star hotel chain located in Colombo. The Director of Sales will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, managing customer service, leading and managing the sales team, and identifying and developing business opportunities.
Qualifications

- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Team Management experience
- Business Development experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
