Job Description

As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the team during your shifts. This includes supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and resolving any issues that may arise.

You will also be in charge of managing daily activities, handling customer complaints or inquiries, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the workplace.

Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential for this role. Previous experience in a managerial position and a keen eye for detail are highly desirable.
