Job Description

Job Duties

• Reduce electrical engineering downtime
• Improve electrical energy saving
• Execute approved CapEx related to electrical engineering
• Maintain HSE compliance rate above 90% with no labor law violations and zero incidents related to electrical shock
• Achieve electrical energy target of 16 kWh/KPC
• Reduce rejection rate by 10% at the auto stripper
• Improve glove layering of stacking machine

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Innovation skills
• Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
• Results-driven mentality
• Demonstrated initiative and independence
• Lateral thinking and innovative mindset
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Team player with proficiency in AutoCAD, Pspice, and MS software
