Job Description
Education/ Experience And Skills Requirement
- Willingness to work in the UK shift
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, marketing, communications or a related field
- 2 – 4 years of hands-on experience in email design and distribution using Adobe Experience Manager/Pardot/SFMC/Marketo
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing automation, lead nurturing, and segmentation strategies
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template design and customization
- In-depth knowledge of best practices in email marketing, including deliverability, engagement, and compliance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
- Knowledge of/interest in capital markets, funds, and asset management will be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Create compelling email templates, landing pages, shared/dynamic content, and forms that align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences
- Plan, execute, and analyze end-to-end email marketing campaigns using Adobe Experience Manager
- Develop and implement segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance
- Build and maintain automated email workflows to streamline the customer journey
- Implement lead nurturing programs to enhance engagement and conversion rates
- Manage and segment email lists for targeted and personalized communications
- Conduct thorough testing of email campaigns to ensure compatibility across various devices and email clients
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and marketing strategists, to align email campaigns with overall marketing objectives
