Job Description
- Assist in developing/implementing employee engagement campaigns, initiatives and events
- Help formulate and actively promote corporate strategies, policies and procedures
- Curate content for internal and external HR communication including social media platforms
- Provide operational support and guidance on team management and employee relations
- Facilitate the execution of various employee recognition programmes
- Support periodic HR analytics reports, projects and initiatives by providing data
- Liaise with vendors to ensure proper services are rendered
- Maintain various files and records of information
