Job Description

Job Duties

• Analyze energy usage and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop energy-efficient designs and systems for buildings, equipment, and processes.
• Conduct energy audits to identify areas of inefficiency and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage energy conservation projects, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure energy projects meet their needs and requirements.
• Research and evaluate emerging energy technologies and provide recommendations for their adoption.
• Monitor and report on energy usage and cost savings.
• Provide training and education on energy conservation to employees and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in energy engineering or a related field
• Strong understanding of energy systems and efficiency principles
• Experience with energy audits and conservation projects
• Developing project schedules, budgets, and plans
• Good communication abilities and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of regulations and industry standards
• Proficiency in energy modeling software and relevant tools
