Job Description
We are seeking an out-of-the-box thinking engineering member to join our team. Do you have the ability to think outside the box and problem-solving skills? Key Responsibilities:
- Perform/Manage the tasks within the scope of the workshop.
- Drive preventive maintenance in plant machinery.
- Drive projects to meet on time in full.
- Record-keeping as per internal and accepted global standards.
- Manage teams, contractors, and original equipment manufacturers ensuring compliance with company safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement within the scope of work.
Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years experience in manufacturing plant maintenance (FMCG experience preferred).
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of PLCs, instrumentation, networking, and exposure to manufacturing excellence programs.
- Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving, teamwork, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Outgoing personality willing to work in a performance-oriented environment.
