Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate production processes for quality and efficiency.
- Monitor production metrics to meet targets.
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
- Provide technical guidance and training to staff.
- Work with engineering teams on production improvement.
Expected Profile:
- 8+ years in production management, focus on Automotive or Mechanical engineering.
- Proficient in production management software.
- Strong communication skills.
- Degree in production engineering or related field preferred.
