Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, qualified, and experienced professional who possesses the following criteria to join our dynamic team for the post of Estimator.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of detailed cost estimates for tendering.
- Refer, understand, and analyze the tender documents (Bills of
- Quantities, Drawings, specifications etc.)
- Attend pre-tender meetings and site visits.
- Call for suppliers’ and sub-contractors’ quotations and evaluate.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors as per the requirement.
Qualifications
- BSc. Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 03 – 05 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Previous experience in pricing building projects would be an advantage.
- Knowledge in Construction technologies.
- Excellence in MS Office (Especially in MS Excel) and AutoCAD
