Job Description
- Managing and improving Sales Pipeline by securing new business verticals
- Handling end-to-end customer acquisition process; scoping for clients, creating awareness through flyers, creation of pitch decks, presenting customer decks, business proposal creation.
- Carrying out internal process studies to identify manpower utilization for effective capacity planning and management decision making.
- Creation of Business Excellence documents: SOP writing, drawing process maps, KPI mapping, etc.
- Supporting teams during BE audits/ managing BE documents.
- Conducting AS-IS study of client and coordination of knowledge transfer until transition completion.
- Assisting management team in determining pricing for clients based on scope & effort.
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and implementing action plans.
- Handling social media accounts (IG, FB, LinkedIn)
- Maintaining SLAs with clients and annual renewal.
- Taking part in SBU governance reviews.
- Support in Corporate Business Planning
