Job Description
Come join our team as an Executive Chef to lead and manage a chain of hot kitchens and bakeries.
What do you need to do:
- A creative culinary flair coupled with a sense of customer understanding for innovations in line with business direction.
- Develop new products, standard recipes, and maintain product quality.
- Identify training needs and ensure food safety and hygiene regulations.
What you need:
- Diploma in Cookery/Culinary Art, 5-7 years of experience in the food industry.
- Specialist knowledge in hot kitchen and pastry & bakery operation.
- Passion for developing new dishes, food concepts, and food safety.
- Experience in managing a chain of restaurants is advantageous.
