Job Description
We are currently seeking an Executive Chef to join our culinary team at our luxury property in Passikudah. This role plays a crucial part in upholding culinary and operational standards, driving excellence, and propelling our ongoing development.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all kitchen operations, from food procurement to maintaining quality.
- Ensuring consistency in food preparation and service in line with the hotel’s standards.
- Managing inventory levels and controlling food expenses.
- Innovating new culinary offerings and contributing to the hotel’s culinary identity.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising kitchen staff to uphold quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury resort.
- Formal qualification in Fine Culinary Arts.
- Extensive knowledge of diverse cuisines and cooking methods.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
