Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join Prym Intimates Lanka Sales team as an Executive – Customer service. Responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, developing customer portfolios, and ensuring customer needs are met.
- Achieve revenue targets from assigned portfolios.
- Develop business by expanding into new programs.
- Liaise with customers to build relationships and address issues.
- Ensure smooth order flow for timely deliveries.
- Manage collections and working capital effectively.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 1 year of similar work experience preferred
- Experience in SAP a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
