Job Description
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage the recruitment process when a need arises by following the recruitment process.
- Prepare a monthly review/report for Business Units crew recruitment.
- Maintain and frequently review and revise the crew database to guarantee the accurate storage and organization of candidates.
- Liaise with the Finance team to generate appropriate invoices for successful placements.
- Prepare reports and presentations on the seafarer recruitment by gathering and analyzing relevant data.
- Perform a comprehensive annual review of operational procedures, analyzing each step to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
