We are a well-established and respected agricultural company based in Battaramulla, seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about human resources management and wants to contribute to the growth of a leading company in the agriculture sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Deep knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS systems knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
