Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of tasks for payroll processing with zero audit failures.
- Facilitate HR and Administration Processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality in documentation and manage employee relations initiatives.
- Promote a positive work culture through employee engagement activities.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
