Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively promote the destination as a holiday spot and establish strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and agents.
• Adhere to company quality standards and SOPs in all transactions.
• Gather and assess information to address inquiries and complaints.
• Manage customer accounts and agents for seamless service.
Candidate Profile:
• 3-5 years of experience in Travel and Tourism industry.
• Proficient in English and Computer skills.
• Knowledgeable in tourism operations, itinerary planning, and tour costing.
• Passion for travel and in-depth understanding of inbound tourism.
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and Excel proficiency.
Proficiency in German language is a plus.
