Job Description
We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka seeking a dynamic individual to join a prominent apparel manufacturing company in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Leadership, Workstream leads, and Initiative owners.
- Ensure sustainability of initiatives through procedures and project tools.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
- Conduct business analysis for improvements.
- Identify and resolve issues and variances.
- Provide project status reports to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Strong academic background (Management, Supply Chain, or Finance).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Project Management.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in Merchandising or Supply Chain is a plus.
