Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef at Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort’s culinary department. This includes supervising kitchen staff, planning and executing menus, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and managing food inventory and costs. The Executive Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to create innovative and delectable culinary experiences for our guests.
