Job Description
We’re looking for a Fabric & Innovation & Development Director (Knitted Athleisure & Performance Fabric) for one of our business partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in knitted fabric manufacturing or development.
- Sound knowledge of fabric design & development procedures.
- Strong experience in fabric constructions, dye techniques, and garment manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
Job Descriptions:
- Lead cross functional discussions related to Fabric.
- Maintain mill competency chart.
- Ensure fabric calendar deadlines are met.
- Build strong relationships with key partners.
- Participate in seasonal concept meetings and guide material selection.
