Job Description
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in milking, breeding, and caring for cows, performs lay-veterinary duties on dairy farm. Assigns workers to tasks.
Pasture and fodder establishment and Management, Conservation (sorghum, maize, Napier grass).
Calf rearing (neonatal care, calf feeding, identification, disease), Heifer Management (feeding, disease prevention, cleaning, sheds and TMR, Silage Preparation).
Schedule and assistance to the AI practices (selection, preparation, Schedule inseminations).
