Job Description

We seek a motivated and dynamic individual to join the Legato team as a Junior Associate – Finance Operations. Through this role, it’s required to execute debt recovery within the set credit period of all SBUs under purview and ensure identification of discrepancies for delayed receipts and drive corrective actions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out credit payable activities and ensure timely settlement.
• Achieve monthly targets for Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt.
• Execute recovery activities and follow-up for timely recovery.
• Resolve discrepancies before month-end closure.
• Maintain proper documentation of follow-up efforts.
• Ensure receipts are cleared in accordance with SLA.
• Prepare ad hoc reports/analysis and facilitate decision making.
• Keep SOP’s up to date and participate in knowledge sharing initiatives.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Economics or equivalent.
• 0-6 months experience in the relevant field.
